More and more followers of Christ are understanding that in today's context, full time Christian ministry happens best in the marketplace. Answering God's call to full-time ministry does not necessarily mean leaving your job to go to seminary. If often means being Christ to your co-workers while you work at being the best employee you can be.
Church planting often starts in the marketplace where the planter is connected with people who are lost without Christ for 40-60 hours a week. Missio-vocational church planters don't have to develop strategies to start disciple-making relationships, because they already have relationships with people who are spiritually hungry.
