The Church of Life reaches tourists and hospitality workers on I-Drive

 The Church of Life, a ministry of First Baptist Church of Orlando has a heart for sharing the good news of of Jesus Christ with tourists and people who work in the hospitality industry on the International Drive corridor in Orlando.  The church gathers on Sunday evenings at Palm Construction School at the Republic Square Mall on the corner of Universal Blvd and Carrier Drive.  The church operates a chaplaincy ministry to small tourist attractions on I-Drive and has plans to open a day care center, which will be in a location convenient to hospitality workers in the tourist district.  The Church of Life serves a much needed role in an area where tourists often have a difficulty locating a church near hotels and attractions.  Most of the people who make up the church work at theme parks, hotels, and restaurants in the area, which makes it easier to connect with their friends and co-workers.
